The singer gained fame internationally when she was cast as Mia Colucci in the hit Mexican telenovela Rebelde and was a member of the Latin Grammy-nominated rock group RBD. The solo albums of Anahi are sold more than 3 million copies. Anahi at the age of 2 old, started her TV career at Chiquilladas in Mexico. Anahi was born Marichelo Portilla on May 14th 1983 was the daughter of Enrique Puente (Spanish father) and Marichelo Puente (Mexican mother). She also has one half-sister Diana Puente.
